This villa is in a quiet spot 3miles from the centre of Playa Blanca. There are sea views and also a fantastic view of Fuertaventura which can be reached easily by ferry from the harbour in Playa Blanca a perfect day trip.  Playa Blanca is a bustling old fishing village with many restaurants, bars,  gift shops and supermarkets. There are many small beaches along the coast the closest, which is in walking distance is the Calimera beach where you can swim, sunbathe and go snorkelling.  On the other side of Playa Blanca are the beaches at Papagayo these coves are the best beaches on the Island.  The island of Lanzarote is a small island so if you have a car you could visit everything there is to see in a couple of days best things to visit are Fire Mountain, Green Caves, Jamious del Aqua, Mirador del Rio, El Golfo and the Cactus Garden.

The property consists of:

Living/dining room with colour TV, DVD player,(please take your own DVDs and CDs, fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob,microwave and fridge freezer, main bathroom with wash hand basin, bidet, W.C. bath with shower over,  the main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room with W.C. wash hand basin and shower, the 2 remaining bedrooms each have 2 single beds.  There is a small patio outside and also a paved area with table and chairs, there is a boiler cupboard with an automatic washing machine. There are some outside steps to the huge roof terrace with sun beds and fantastic views to the mountain and the sea.

All electricity, water and bedding is included.  The price quoted is for 2 people please add £50 per person per week on top.
