Lounge/Dining Room elecric fire, Flat screen Colour TV, DVD, and CD / Radio, has patio doors to garden, fully fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave and automatic washing machine, downstairs cloakroom with W.C. and hand basin.  Bedroom 1 has a Double Bed, colour TV/video and en-suite shower room comprising W.C. handbasin and shower cubicle.  Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and there is a bathroom with W.C. handbasin and bath.  The rear garden is paved and gravelled with table and chairs and a washing line washing line. The property has wooden floors throughout.

The house has views of the sea from all its windows, oil fired central heating and all power included. All bed linen included. A travel cot is available on request. £15 heating charge in low season.

Next door to Shell Cottage is Cockle Cottage so if you want to have a holiday with friends but like your own space this would be the ideal solution.
